Ansé Extensions – Return & Exchange Policy
At Ansé Extensions, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality hair extensions and exceptional service. Due to the hygienic and sanitary standards required for hair products, all sales are final. This means we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any hair extension products once they have been purchased.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers. Once hair has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with—even if the packaging appears intact. For this reason, we strictly enforce our no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy to maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our inventory.
Exceptions – Errors on Our Part
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong length, color, or product—please reach out to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide the following information when contacting us:

Once we verify the error, we will take full responsibility and work quickly to make it right by sending a replacement or issuing store credit, depending on the situation.

All claims for order errors must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for resolution.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind,” “wrong choice,” or “no longer needed.”

Orders returned to us without prior contact and approval will not be accepted or refunded.
